Gather your whaanau and join us for a day of fun, learning, and connection with nature at the EcoFest Whaanau Fun Day! Hosted by the Beautification Trust, this event is all about celebrating our environment and discovering simple ways to live more sustainably—perfect for families looking for a great day out!

😉 Drop in anytime between 10–11:30 AM to taste delicious vegan feijoa skin muffins and a dairy-free smoothie sample! Our Love Food Hate Waste session will show you how to make the most of this seasonal treasure. Feijoas are a Kiwi favourite, but heaps of this tasty fruit end up in the bin each year – let's change that together!


🥗 Bring a zero-waste picnic!Pack your favourite snacks and a reusable water bottle, and enjoy a relaxed afternoon in the beautiful surroundings of the Botanic Gardens. 

🌏 Let’s celebrate our community and our planet together!Mark your calendars and bring your whānau along for a day full of fun and learning. We can’t wait to see you there!
